Chilli Pickled Quail’s Eggs

See, the thing about pickled eggs is that bite one you go “Yum, yum, that’s nice.”, bite two’s kind of more of the same, bite three you can take or leave it and by the time you’re finishing the egg you’re kind of bored.

Thus, chilli pickled quail’s eggs were born. Quail’s eggs are (obviously) smaller than hen’s eggs – bite sized in fact, so you can munch down on one and no bordem factor. Chilli is introduced because it is a universal fact that chilli makes everything better.
