Andrew is the original digital native and has been hacking computers since the early 80s when he used to code-bomb demo zx81s and Spectrums in electronics shops. As a digital pioneer he’s led creative and design for award-winning digital campaigns for some of the world’s best know organisations and brands.

Andrew entered the digital marketplace in 1995 as a 3D visualiser and multimedia designer and played a key role in the creative development of top 10 Digital Agency Brand New Media between 1996 & 2002 in the capacity of Senior Designer and Creative Director creating ground breaking FMCG websites for brands such as P&G, Durex, Hugo Boss, Heinz, HulaHoops and Irn-Bru.

Brand New Media was a top 10 Digital Agency employing 250 people in London, Leeds and Manchester.  BNM was bought in 2000 by French PLC FiSystem, establishing a pan-european network.

In 2002 Andrew became a founding partner of digital marketing agency Swamp and helped grow it into one of the UK’s leading digital agencies. Swamp built on the successes of Brand New Media and added household names such as Umbro, Ribena and Horlicks to the client list.

In 2006 Swamp joined up with marketing agency Brahm and as Creative Director Andrew has responsibility for the creative development of online and integrated communication campaigns.

In early 2008 Revolution Magazine declared Swamp the UK’s number one agency for Creativity, Return on Investment and Acting Technically in its annual client survey.

Andrew speaks periodically at industry conferences and contributes to digital marketing press and has judged many national and international awards including the D&AD, FAB Awards and the New York Festivals Awards.

He writes and plays guitar in the band x:am with Paul and Ally and a story activist as part of the group StoryHunters with Joe.

Andrew lives in Leeds with his wife Nicola and their three children.
