Good show to Catherine Stones for getting an exhibition together for the fabled North Bar in Leeds. Her work’s great, check it out and more at CatherineStones.net

Some great footage from the Parkour Jam that I’ll share when it’s live next week. But meantime I wanted to upload this photo of one a traceur doing his thing on the day. It was great to watch something like 200 teenagers climbing up buildings.

Write a book
Posted in Uncategorized on April 2, 2009 by andjambroAfter getting some interest in a treatment for a sci-fi / crime novel last year I started writing a novel, the general premise of which is about a virtual afterlife.
I now have a complete first draft and I’m looking to find an agent and publisher.
You can read the first few chapters on authonomy here.

Here’s the blurb:
In a future where God is dead what if there was a company that could guarentee your afterlife with a pill. Would you take it?
The Eternity Pill monitors your environment and a moment before certain death alters your perception to make your last moment feel like a thousand years in a virtual paradise. Be reunited with your loved ones, be any age, never in pain and never growing old. Sound too good to be true? It probably is. When supercop rookie Lamaloula Bains is assigned a new partner, Jason Strange, she gets sucked into a personal war with radical Christian fundamentalist, the dark Pastor Lane, that escalates to a power struggle for the hearts and minds of the whole planet.
